Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luna & Co Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Not show any signs of damage or wear

To request a return, please contact us at hello@lunaandcojewellery.com with your order number. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings that have been worn

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Luna & Co Jewellery cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
